This membership agreement applies to all Club Waxwell Memberships and is applied to any purchased memberships. Any notices relating to this agreement must be sent in writing or email to hello@waxwellstudio.com

Memberships and Benefits

Well Done $55 / month. Includes one brazilian wax or sugaring, or back wax per month. Unused credits roll-over.

Well Brows $29 / month. Includes one brow wax per month. Unused credits roll-over.

Well Kept $90 / month. Includes 3 wax credits per month. Unused credits roll-over.
* 'Full' Services = 2 credits. ie-Full leg wax would count as two redemption credits. Full Body Buff, etc.
* Half Leg Sugaring = 2 credits
* Full Leg Sugaring and Mens Brazilian = 3 credits

The member will receive *Club Rate (up to 20% off) on waxing and sugaring services.

Membership Dues
Your membership payments are automated and must be purchased via credit card (Visa, MC, Amex) and are scheduled to come out on the same day as purchased every month, ie - membership was purchased on February 5th, your next payment will come out on March 5th. You are responsible for all the payments of all the amounts set out in this agreement. Your membership redemption period is from the first day of your first payment until your next payment. Failed payments will automatically retry after 5 days and again. Failed payments will result in an automated suspended membership. Your membership will be terminated after 20 days of a suspended membership.

Membership Agreement
Club Waxwell memberships are a 12 month membership. If you need to cancel your membership before the year term we require a strict 30 days notice and you must pay one months membership rate. Memberships cannot be shared. Any changes to the memberships (upgrades only), can only be changed with a minimum of 30 days notice. Pauses to the membership are not allowed. Waxwell has the right to terminate a membership at anytime with written notice. Memberships and membership payments are non-refundable. Terminated memberships can not be restarted for a 3 month period.

Liability 
The member will not hold the organization liable for any adverse skin reactions or irritation that is beyond our control. Waxing can cause redness, soreness, bumps, and/ or skin irritation. You may experience skin sensitivity / thinning, which can result in skin lifting, from the following: Sunburned skin, Pregnancy, Menstruation, RetinolAntibiotics, laser treatments, Allergies, Certain Medical Conditions, Other medications not listed. You hereby acknowledge that the services provided by Waxwell Studio inc. carry the risk of adverse skin reactions and/or minor injury, and release us from any claim with respect to any such reaction or injury. This release is ongoing and is applicable to all future visits to Waxwell.

Consent

Unless implied, Waxwell will obtain your consent to collect, use and disclose personal information. Consent may be provided orally, in writing or electronically.

Where the collection, use or disclosure of personal information would be considered obvious Waxwell will assume implied consent. For example, when collecting personal information to complete a transaction or service booking.

When conducting promotional activities we will either seek your consent directly or provide you with the ability to decline or opt-out. If after engaging with, or opting-in to an email or an SMS distribution list we will provide you with the opportunity to subsequently opt-out.

Security

Waxwell takes numerous precautions to protect your information. When you submit personal information via our website or as part of a transaction, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as payment information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of our website.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Updates to this Policy

Waxwell reserves the right to modify the membership agreement at any time.
